Description:

The primary purpose of the Laundry Aide is to perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties.
  • Provide quality laundry service.
  • Load and unload laundry machines.
  • Fold clean linen/items.
  • Deliver and pick up laundry.
  • General cleaning/housekeeping, (janitorial duties), vacuuming, trash

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in commercial cleaning environment is ideal.
  • Ability to follow state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
  • Promote and facilitate team work.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of ethics.
