Push & Pull Auto Body is expanding and actively hiring a Mobile Fleet Technician to perform on-site repairs for commercial trucks and trailers. If you are an experienced diesel or trailer technician who values independence, takes pride in doing the job right the first time, and wants to grow with a company that respects skilled trades, this is your opportunity.

This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay, uncapped overtime, and a monthly repair commission plan that rewards productivity and quality workmanship.

Push & Pull Auto Body is a trusted name in collision and fleet repair. We specialize in full-service commercial truck and trailer repairs, mobile fleet maintenance, and precision bodywork. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
  • Perform mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial fleet trucks and trailers

  • Service trailer components including brakes, suspension, landing gear, air lines, electrical systems, and light body repair

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, emissions systems, cooling systems, exhaust, DEF systems, and drivetrain components

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure DOT and safety compliance

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site

  • Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service truck

  • Accurately document services performed using mobile or written logs

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety

QualificationsQualifications
  • 4 or more years of diesel and or trailer repair experience; mobile repair experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of truck and trailer systems including brakes, suspension, lighting, air systems, and electrical

  • Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs in the field

  • Strong customer service skills and clear communication

  • Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus

  • Self-motivated and able to manage daily workload independently
