What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage equipment numbering, fleet asset setup, and fleet data integrity within fleet management systems
  • Support purchase order creation, maintenance, release, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate equipment transfers, deliveries, and fleet logistics across branches while resolving shipment issues as needed
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support fleet operations and strategic initiatives
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support for fleet operations activities
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and the development and maintenance of fleet documentation and SOPs
Position Requirements
