As an FM, you lead a fleet of up to 45 drivers and support their ability to be productive, safe, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. The work you do helps our drivers succeed, contributing to retaining the safest, most professional drivers in the industry.
The Fit:
In this role, you work directly with drivers, our customer service team, and other members of TeamRoehl to develop business, find creative solutions and build strong relationships established on trust. In addition, you support your driver's success by coaching them, ensuring they have productive freight to haul, deliver on time and accident-free, and maintain a solid work/life balance.
