Fleet Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Up to $45/hr

Earn $25-$45/hr + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

We're looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Fleet Mechanic to join our growing team in Murfreesboro.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll keep local businesses moving by repairing and maintaining light-, medium-, and heavy-duty fleet vehicles. Every day brings something different, including:

  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
  • Performing quality repairs the first time
  • Preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
  • Engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical repairs
  • Working alongside a skilled team that has your back

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings experience-not just a toolbox.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of fleet or diesel mechanic experience
  • Experience with light, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • OEM training preferred
  • EPA 608/609 certifications (not required)
  • DOT inspection experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Your own professional tools
