Job description

Choice Health at Home is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Specialist to support our Home Office team. As the first point of contact for employees, patients, referral sources, and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while providing administrative support to leadership and various departments.

What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors and serve as the front desk receptionist
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and departments
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Coordinate office supplies and vendor orders
  • Schedule travel arrangements, including hotels, rental cars, and meals
  • Assist with meetings, special events, and company conferences
  • Maintain office directories and contact information
  • Provide data entry and general computer support
  • Order flowers and bereavement arrangements as requested
  • Maintain confidentiality while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Represent the agency with professionalism and a positive attitude
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
  • One year of office or administrative experience preferred
  • Licensed LVN in Texas
  • Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
