About this Role
In this role, you are the first point of contact for our clients! In addition to welcoming our clients, you will strengthen relationships with our world-class client service model. You will deliver a full conversation with every interaction to identify appropriate financial solutions. Leverage internal partnerships to acquire, expand and retain client base.
In this Role You Will
  • Client Acquisition and Engagement: Acquire and deepen the branch client base through proactive service and sales activities, including needs assessments and tailored financial solutions.
  • Advice and Guidance: Drive solutions-based conversations to meet clients' financial needs, enhancing loyalty through various interactions. Offer advice on digital and self-serve banking options to simplify and expedite transactions.
  • Risk Management and Operations: Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as needed.

Note: As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.
Qualifications, Competencies and Skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous cash-handling experience preferred
  • Minimum of 24 months of sales and/or banking experience preferred
  • Life License (LB) preferred
  • NMLS registry required
  • Proven sales skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Developed customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Ability to use a PC and alpha/numeric keyboard
  • Flexible work week schedule, which may include Saturdays
