Job description

The First Assistant is the right-hand person to the General manager and are trained to manage all aspects of the business when the GM is not available. They are an intricate part of the restaurant's profitability participating in sales growth and food cost management. The 1st Assistant Manager's responsibilities also include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew who are well-trained. The First Assistant ensure all employees have proper documentation upon starting work. They are also responsible for keeping existing crew up to date on training and motivated to perform at a high level. The First assistant also generates a weekly schedule that supports the stores sales goals.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald's environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
