Hemostasis, LLC designs, develops, manufactures, and markets advanced hemostatic technologies for the medical device industry, with a specialized focus on Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) solutions. As a market leader in ENT technologies, we offer innovative products such as the PosiSep X sinus dressings and the Vectra drug delivery micro-sponge for localized drug delivery.  We have also expanded our expertise to Cardiac, GI and Drug Delivery solutions. We are committed to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge innovation and exceptional customer support, continuously striving to elevate standards across all markets we serve.


We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to be a vital point of contact for our customers. This role involves answering inquiries, processing orders, addressing concerns, and providing support to our outside sales team. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. We look for a self-motivated individual who is driven by success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize sales reports and dashboards in collaboration with leadership and sales managers to identify growth metrics and enhance accountability.
  • Support the outside sales team with marketing materials, sales reports, trade show coordination, and various requests.
  • Respond to incoming customer service calls, addressing questions, requests, and changes effectively.
  • Assist customers with product information, quotations, samples, and sales orders.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to set up and maintain customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to manage shipping schedules and perform shipping, receiving, and purchasing duties.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and executing the company’s presence at trade shows


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and administrative skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in analyzing, problem-solving, and multitasking.
  • Experience with Kinetic software preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range. $50,000-$65,000 based on qualifications.
