Chimney Technician Assistant

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job description:

Chimney Sweeps, Inc. in business since 1985 is seeking those interested in learning and becoming skilled in a new trade as a Chimney Sweeps Assistant.

We are a full-service chimney and fireplace family-owned business. We do new installation but specialize in the repair and restoration of existing chimneys and fireplaces.

Experience with construction or carpentry, etc., as well as a familiarization with hand and powered tools is needed for this position.

Chimney Technician Assistants hourly pay ranges based on experience and knowledge from $20.00-$25.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, with some additional Mondays for large projects: Assistants meet at our office and ride in a company vehicle. Start times vary and range between 7:00am-9:00am and end times vary between 4pm-7pm. You can expect on average around 30-40 hours during our Spring/ Summer season and 40+ hours (usually with overtime) a week during our busy Fall/Winter season.
