Job Summary

We are looking for a high-driven, results-oriented Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative who knows how to open doors, create pipeline, and close business. This role is for our Southern California area. You would be an experienced fire sprinkler sales representative - someone who thrives on prospecting, competing, and winning. A customer expert who supports customer needs for all things fire sprinkler related. You will sell code-compliant Fire sprinkler systems and upgrades as well as ongoing service to contractors and end user commercial customers. If you are energized by chasing opportunity, owning your territory, and turning relationships into revenue, this role offers the platform, support, and uncapped earning potential to perform at a high level.


Responsibilities

· Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

· Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

· Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and confidently close deals.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.

· Stay current on industry developments, products, and solutions to deliver knowledgeable, consultative recommendations.

· Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism and confidence in every interaction with customers and prospects.


Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements

· 3 – 4 years of fire sprinkler sales

· Strong knowledge NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, and Local AHJ requirements

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships.

· Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:
