As a GardaWorld ExperiencedSecurity Fire Marshal, there is a high focus on customer service, vigilance, and providing protection and safety for our clients and their needs. 
What's in it for you: 

  • Set schedule:There are 5 shifts available
    Shift 1: Full time, Tuesday through Saturday, 1st shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
    Shift 2: Full time, Wednesday through Sunday, 1st shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
    Shift 3: Full time, Thursday through Monday, 2nd shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. 
    Shift 4: Full time, Tuesday through Saturday, 3rd shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. 
    Shift 5: Full time, Wednesday through Sunday, 3rd shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. 
    Please note schedules may change due to demand.

Responsibilities of aFire Security Marshal  

  • Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors 

  • Manage access control 

  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks 

  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs 

  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams 

  • Answer questions in person or by phone 

  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns 

  • React quickly to threats or incidents 

  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property 

Qualifications forFire Security Marshal  

  • Must have two years of fire experience or security experience in the auto industry 

  • Must have a valid driver's license 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age 

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S. 

  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED 

  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process 

  • Exceptional customer service skills 

  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills 

  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better! 

  • You have a state license if required 
  • Must have two years of fire experience or security experience in the auto industry
