Join Our Team as a Line Cook at Rachel's Of Fire Island!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Getting those menu items ready to rock according to recipes and quality standard
  • Showcasing your skills in various cooking techniques like pasta, line cooking, scratch cooking, and more
  • Making sure portion control is on point and that food quality stays top-notch
  • Handling dietary restrictions and special requests from our awesome customers

Skills You Need:

  • Being a pro at plate presentation and making dishes look amazing
  • Rocking it on the line in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Experience in whipping up dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients
  • Having some serious knife skills for precise cutting and chopping
  • Proficient in Broiling and Sautéing techniques
  • Ability to prepare a variety of salads with creativity and precision
  • Ability to prepare omelets

Pay and Perks:

$18.00 to $24.00 an hour
