Job Summary:
We are looking for a person willing to work as a houseperson. As a Houseperson, you will play a key role in supporting the housekeeping team and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will assist with delivering supplies, maintaining public areas, and helping Room Attendants meet cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobby areas, and public restrooms
  • Deliver linens, amenities, and other supplies to guest rooms and Room Attendants as requested
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Respond promptly to guest and team member requests with professionalism
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets and housekeeping areas
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel or janitorial experience preferred but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
