Position Summary:

We are recruiting for hospitality focused Receptionist to join our team! In this role you will be responsible planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental, and social well-being.

The Receptionist serves as a warm and welcoming presence within the Assisted Living/Memory Care neighborhoods and/or the Health Center. As the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, you play a vital role in creating a positive, professional, and inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and compassionate careย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Answering and directing calls with warmth and efficiency using our switchboard system

  • Greeting residents, families, guests, and vendors-making everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive

  • Managing incoming deliveries, including packages, mail, and magazines

  • Monitoring building access and ensuring all visitors sign in for safety and security

  • Maintaining secure entry points accessible to the public

  • Submitting maintenance requests on behalf of residents and staff

  • Preparing documents such as memos, correspondence, and other communications

  • Entering resident information into our system with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Assisting with coordinating transportation for residents

  • Ordering and organizing supplies

  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Prior Experience in Customer facing role in a senior living environment is desirable

    • Team-oriented, with a focus on resident satisfaction
