Pay Rate/Range: $15-18/hr

Description:Seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to help create a welcoming experience for guests at a local RV park. This part-time receptionist role combines customer service, front desk support, light cleaning, and general park upkeep. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organized and clean, and is comfortable working independently.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and answer incoming phone calls
  • Process reservations and check guests in and out using a property management system
  • Answer questions about park amenities, rates, and policies
  • Prepare welcome packets for arriving guests
  • Perform daily inspections and light cleaning of bathhouse facilities
  • Restock restroom supplies and empty trash as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area
  • Fill small propane cylinders following provided safety procedures (training provided)
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
  • Provide excellent customer service while escalating issues outside of your scope

Job Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Comfortable with basic computer and data entry tasks
  • Able to perform light cleaning and be on your feet throughout the shift
  • Willing to complete propane safety training
