Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Westfield, IN has asked us to help them find Part-Time Weekend Assembly Associates to join their growing team.

The hours are perfect for someone looking for some extra cash -- Friday 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM- 3:00 PM

Pay is $16.00 per hour with a $100 bonus for perfect attendance. With the bonus your effective hourly pay rate is $23.35 per hour.

What will you do as a Part-Time Weekend Assembly Associate?

  • Assemble seats as they move down the production assembly line
  • Add parts to the seats to specs
  • Verifies specs, measure completed seats
  • Team lifts into a crate
  • Assemble small parts using hand tools
  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Location: Westfield, IN

Qualifications for being a Part-Time Weekend Assembly Associate:

  • Previous Assembly or Manufacturing experience is desired but not required
  • High School Diploma
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Attention to detail/Read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on Process Control Instructions, Bill of Material, Product Description Sheets, and Visual work Instructions
  • Read and comprehend written and oral instructions
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, squat frequently- team lift to 65 lbs.
