About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Technology Services Intern to help keep our office and internal systems running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of workplace operations and IT, supporting both our Director of IT & Security and Head of Operations.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team has what they need to do their best work, from a seamless in-office experience to reliable internal tools and onboarding support.

What You’ll Do

Workplace & Office Operations

  • Ensure conference rooms are fully functional, including Zoom, displays, audio, and cameras

  • Receive, organize, and distribute deliveries and packages

  • Coordinate building access for guests and visitors

  • Set up AV equipment for company-wide meetings and events

Internal IT Support

  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues across hardware, connectivity, and access

  • Support conference room AV setup and maintenance

  • Assist with provisioning and tracking laptops and equipment

  • Help manage access to core tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion

  • Triage and route incoming IT and office-related requests

New Hire Experience

  • Set up new hires for day one, including desk setup and system access

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and building access

  • Ensure onboarding spaces are fully prepared for training and team sessions

General Operations Support

  • Help manage shared spaces and conference room scheduling

  • Support internal meetings and occasional team events

  • Contribute to ad hoc projects across IT, security, and operations
