FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER We have been engaged by a large, Atlanta-based company in its search for a Financial Reporting Manager. The Financial Reporting Manager will lead the preparation and delivery of external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to applicable accounting standards. This role will serve as a key liaison across internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners, including auditors and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing quarterly reporting cycles, preparing disclosure materials for the SEC, supporting audits, and enhancing financial reporting processes through systems and automation tools.

The position also plays an integral role in maintaining a robust internal control environment and staying ahead of evolving accounting guidance. The right candidate for this Financial Reporting Manager role will have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required 4+ years of progressive experience, with a foundation in public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm preferred) Experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and working with complex accounting matters Exposure to preparing external financial statements and supporting audit processes Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS Detail-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP platforms, Workiva, Planful, or similar) and Excel This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing accounting professional looking to step into a visible role with meaningful exposure to senior leadership and external stakeholders, with a clear path to career growth.
