Position: Financial Reporting Supervisor

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Reporting Supervisor to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys leadership, process improvement, and high-impact reporting work. In this role, you will help guide a team responsible for monthly financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit support within a dynamic environment. If you are looking to step into a visible supervisory position with room to influence operations and support strategic accounting initiatives, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead and support the financial reporting team.
  • Set priorities and goals aligned with accounting objectives.
  • Review journal entries for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and special accounting projects.
  • Assist with annual audit preparation and coordination.
  • Create and maintain desk procedures and workflows.
  • Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries.
  • Partner with other teams to support reporting needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
