What Youโ€™ll Doย 

Asย a Financial Operations Coordinator, youโ€™ll play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and operational consistency of our restaurants.ย Youโ€™ll work closely with our Controller, Operations teams, andย Accountingย partners to make sure the numbers are right, processes are followed, and issues are resolved quickly.ย 

This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, focused on execution, accuracy, and follow-through.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Financial Reportingย 

  • Ensure weekly sales and financialย reportingย is accurate and completeย 

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to sales, cash handling, and reportingย 

  • Partner with restaurant and market leaders to correct issues quicklyย 

Accounts Receivableย 

  • Process and track incoming paymentsย 

  • Maintain accurate records of outstanding balancesย 

  • Follow up on past due accounts to ensureย timelyย collectionย 

Accounts Payableย 

  • Execute weekly accounts payable processesย 

  • Ensure expenses are coded correctly and submitted on timeย 

  • Review team member reimbursements for accuracyย 

  • Support and approve payment workflows within financial systemsย 

Cash & Bankingย 

  • Monitor cash balances andย maintainย accurateย recordsย 

  • Ensure accounts remain in good standingย 

  • Build and maintain relationships with banking partnersย 

Reconciliationsย 

  • Reconcile financial activity including gift cards and credit card transactionsย 

  • Investigate and resolve discrepanciesย 

  • Ensure financial dataย remainsย accurate and reliableย

This is a salaried exempt position. The role requires the flexibility to meet business needs, including working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek when necessary. Typical expectations range from 40โ€“55 hours per week depending on workload, deadlines, and business cycles.ย
