Job Description Job Description Finance & Operations Analyst | FP&A Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 DOE Employment Type: Direct Hire CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst for an exciting opportunity with a high-profile hospitality and entertainment organization in Dallas, TX. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A and operations, supporting venue leadership with financial analysis, forecasting, profitability initiatives, and operational decision-making across a dynamic multi-venue environment. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with venue leadership to support operational and financial decision-making Analyze labor, pricing, cost controls, margins, and revenue trends across multiple venues Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year performance Build and maintain financial models, KPI reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis Translate financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations Identify profitability improvement opportunities and operational trends Assist with reporting automation, process improvements, and scalable analytical tools Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams to support business initiatives What Makes Someone Successful Here Strong business and operational mindset - not just reporting analytics Comfortable partnering directly with operators and leadership teams Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and business decisions Thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through Naturally curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, analytics, consulting, or related field Strong understanding of P&L drivers, forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance metrics Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and KPI analysis Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Hospitality, restaurant, multi-unit, entertainment, or real estate industry experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred Additional Notes This role is heavily operational and business-facing, not a traditional back-office reporting position Ideal for candidates who enjoy partnering directly with operations teams and influencing real-time business decisions Strong opportunity for long-term growth and visibility within the organization
