• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting that helps explain performance trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership and business partners.
• Assist with forecasting, planning, and variance analysis by linking underlying business activity to financial outcomes.
• Help track KPIs that improve visibility into financial operations performance and support decision-making.

• Validate key financial and operational datasets and identify discrepancies, logic issues, and inconsistencies that impact reporting quality.
• Support maintenance of business rules, KPI logic, and metric definitions to improve consistency and auditability.
• Partner with finance, operations, and systems teams to improve data quality and reduce reconciliation effort.

• Work across finance, operations, and data teams to help translate business needs into actionable reporting and process solutions.
• Support adoption of improved processes, reporting tools, and standards through documentation, training support, and stakeholder coordination.
• Contribute to reusable templates, reporting standards, and best practices that strengthen BNET's finance operations and analytics capabilities.

• Ability to document processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly for business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
