Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our finance team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in healthcare finance, particularly in revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Prepare and present GAAP-compliant financial statements.
  • Maintain books of accounts on both accrual and cash basis.
  • Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and optimize collections.
  • Handle payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
  • Lead tax planning and compliance (federal, state, and sales tax).
  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audited financials.
  • Manage banking relationships and cash flow forecasting.
  • Oversee customer contract financial terms and revenue recognition.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA).
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong prior experience of at least 7 years with Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Accounts Receivable Management, Revenue Collection accountability, ADP Payroll, Banking, Credit card, Employee Reimbursement management, Financial Audit coordination, Tax Management (Federal, State and Sales Tax), Budgets, Financial projections, Cash Flow management etc.
