About This Opportunity

We are proactively seeking high-caliber professionals interested in launching or advancing their commercial real estate brokerage careers with JLL. What This Job Involves

This position requires a desire for success, strong workethic, aspirations for career development in commercial real estate, and the aptitude to handle complex transactions. This is a team-based role, which will require interaction with owners, C-Suite executives, and high-level corporate real estate decision makers.

This position will report to Senior TeamLeadersand the individual will be involved in all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation, and strategy development. A successful candidate must be articulate, detailoriented, and can directlyinterface withkey client representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend JLL University ("JLLU"), a 10-week training, development, and networking program specifically for our new Associate Brokers

  • Support seniorbrokers ininitiating business development activities and take initiative to outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails, etc.)

  • Work with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepareavailable propertysummary books, and create new business presentations

  • Collaborate with senior brokers to develop materials for clients (e.g., lease comparisons, market overviews,prospector client presentations)

  • Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation

  • Provide clients with industry and market-specific information as it relates to their business andmaintaincontact information on prospects

  • Contribute todesignatedlocal market research requests: market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, and topic-specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities

  • Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models

An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of 0-4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience

  • Demonstrable success in business development and sales production

  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables

Preferred:

  • State Real Estate License (musthavewithin90 daysof hire)

  • Previousexperience in corporate real estate, consulting, or finance; understanding of real estate fundamentals is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
