About This Role:
Provide administrative support to the Financial Assistance Department in various operational tasks and provide professional support across multiple functions within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processes payments on active and charged off accounts within two operating systems.
  • Complete account offsets under direction of FA Leadership
  • Manage vendor invoices to ensure they are accurate and applied to all required systems. Forwards all invoices to accounting for payment.
  • Respond to incoming emails, mail, service requests and send daily collection letter files for processing.
  • Balance general ledger and other internal accounts.
  • Print and mail requested documents for members, third parties and other departments.
  • Coordinate Financial Assistance activities within the department and organization.
  • Prepare documentation for litigation accounts at the request of Financial Assistance.
  • Order supplies for Financial Assistance and Loan Servicing
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Represent USALLIANCE in a professional and positive manner.
Who You Are:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a financial institution.
  • Knowledge in all MS Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly range for this position is $20.86 - $21.49, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
