The ideal analyst is intellectually curious, technically strong, and motivated by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decisionmaking at the enterprise level.

This role is based in Tulsa, OK and offers strong exposure to senior finance leaders, meaningful analytical projects, and long-term career growth within FP&A.

Job Description

The FP&A Analyst supports profitability and cost analysis initiatives by developing insights that help leaders understand financial performance at the product, segment, and customer level. This role contributes to forecasting, modeling, and reporting efforts while partnering across Finance, business units, and Technology to ensure accurate, insightful analysis.

You'll work on highimpact projects tied to net interest margin, earnings drivers, and customer profitability, while continuing to strengthen your technical and analytical skillset in a collaborative, fastpaced environment.

Team Culture

This team values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Analysts are encouraged to ask questions, bring forward ideas, and deepen their technical skills while gaining exposure to senior leaders across Finance and the business. The environment is supportive but fastmoving, with a strong emphasis on learning, accountability, and producing highquality analysis that drives real business outcomes.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Analyze profitability, costs, and financial performance across products, customers, and business segments
  • Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis
  • Partner with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and Technology to support enterprisewide financial initiatives
  • Support attribution analysis (e.g., net interest margin, earnings per share, profit margin drivers)
  • Prepare clear, concise analysis and presentations for senior leaders, including CFOlevel discussions
  • Work with large data sets using Excel and data analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancement of reporting, tools, and analytical processes

  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and attentiontodetail skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Motivation to continue growing technically and professionally within FP&A
