Position: Consumer Finance Training and Support Specialist
Location: Dallas, Texas (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
The Consumer Finance Training & Support Specialist delivers, supports, and continuously improves Consumer Finance onboarding and sustainment training for West Shore Home Sales employees. This role facilitates instructor-led training, develops learning resources, supports digital learning initiatives, assists with technology readiness, and reinforces compliant Consumer Finance processes.
Key Role Accountabilities:
  • Deliver Consumer Finance onboarding and sustainment training for Design Consultants, Sales Leadership, and other employees as needed.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Consumer Finance training materials, presentations, videos, facilitator guides, and learner resources.
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training while reinforcing approved operational processes, compliance requirements, and company standards.
  • Support Consumer Finance onboarding by assisting with technology readiness, system access, learner progress, and operational preparedness.
  • Provide troubleshooting and operational support related to Consumer Finance systems, training resources, and onboarding activities.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of training, facilitation, coaching, or adult learning experience preferred.
  • Consumer Finance or financial services experience preferred.
