Are you a school student interested in exploring how businesses operate behind the scenes? This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources, basic finance, and training coordination within a professional office environment. It's a great opportunity to build foundational skills and gain real-world exposure to administrative and operational tasks.
What You'll Learn and Do
Human Resources Support
  • Organize employee records and assist with digital file management
  • Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires
  • Track and update employee timesheets in spreadsheets
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of time entries
  • Support job postings and initial application screenings
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data
  • Assist with weekly/monthly HR activity reports

Finance & Invoicing Support
  • Help categorize expenses and maintain financial tracking logs
  • Support the preparation of basic financial summaries
  • Create and review simple invoices using templates and software

Training Coordination
  • Maintain and update training calendars and schedules
  • Prepare session materials such as sign-in sheets and handouts
  • Assist with setting up virtual training sessions
