We are a growing RV dealership seeking a part-time Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring and closing deals, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team to structure and finalize RV financing deals.
  • Present financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers.
  • Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and dealership policies.
  • Process all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with all F&I products, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager, ideally in the automotive or RV industry.
