KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of sales, financial, and administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the department.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, financial operations, and administrative management to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
• Assist in the development and documentation of sales strategies to support in achieving revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Ad Hoc projects as needed
Financial Operations
• Manage financial line items for account Sales programs
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights for financial planning.
• Process and manage the entry of Claims & Deductions
• Conduct regular financial audits
Administrative Work
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Maintain and update departmental records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Document and report on event and travel expenditures arrangements for the supported accounts.
• Provide support to senior management with special projects and initiatives.
• Conduct daily administration, pricing, condition, PUMI submission
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, financial operations, or administrative roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Tech savvy, highly collaborative, motivated, and focused on the needs of others
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other business management tools.
