Job description

OverviewThe Financial Aid Coordinator is a key support partner for our Smyrna Campus, serving as the first point of contact for students and internal teams within the Financial Aid department. In this role, you'll provide handson administrative and frontdesk support, assist students and families with FAFSA completion, manage appointments and reports, and help triage requests across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fastpaced, serviceoriented environment, and takes pride in accurate, detailed work.  If you have experience in financial services or in the banking industry, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities
  • Monitor student traffic for the Financial Aid Department.
  • Answer busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner.
  • Check in new enrollments and create files for them.
  • Enter Data from FAFSAs and other information when presented.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous multi-line telephone experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work at our Exton, PA campus -- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be very detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
