Norcross Dental Associates
Norcross Dental Associates is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team! We are a well-established practice with a strong patient base and a supportive, team-driven culture.If you thrive in a fast-paced dental environment and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for patients from check-in to check-out, we'd love to meet you.


*MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED, no exceptions.

Schedule
  • Monday through Thursday
  • Full-time (32 hours per week)
Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Verify insurance and collect patient information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Present and explain treatment plans
  • Collect payments and manage financial arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records in the practice management system
  • Support overall front office flow and patient communication
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required
  • Experience with Open Dental preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Team-first mindset with a positive attitude
