What is a patient engagement coordinator?

A Patient Engagement Coordinator is a healthcare professional responsible for improving communication and interaction between patients and healthcare providers. They help patients understand their care plans, coordinate appointments, and ensure patients have the resources they need to manage their health. By fostering positive relationships and addressing patient concerns, they aim to enhance patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
