This is not your typical entry-level role. Over your first 12 to 18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience across:
  • Corporate Accounting (GL & Close)
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Operations
  • Audit & Compliance Support
  • Process Improvement & Systems Projects
You'll leave the program with a clear direction and a strong foundation to move into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
During your rotations, you'll:
  • Assist with financial data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Work on automating spreadsheets and improving reporting processes
  • Support various teams with transactional and project-based accounting tasks
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with operations and leadership
  • Help identify efficiencies and process improvements within accounting workflows
  • Present findings and insights to managers and team members
