Job Description We are seeking a Finance Consultant - Film Cash Planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cash planning, forecasting, and financial modeling and a proven ability to deliver accurate rolling forecasts, support FP&A processes, and streamline data-driven planning. Responsibilities: Support planning activities for Film, including Long Range Plan, annual Budget, and forecast updates in partnership with Business Units and FP&A. Maintain and improve the company-wide cash planning model. Prepare the rolling 13-week cash forecast, including actuals reconciliation and variance analysis. Liaise with Accounting and Treasury to plan and report weekly cash flow. Coordinate with Business Units to collect explanations of actual and forecast results. Identify and execute opportunities to streamline data gathering and forecasting processes. Assist in managing risks and opportunities to achieve P&L and cash flow targets. Maintain and prepare Theatrical Cash Forecasting Model. Maintain and prepare Physical and Digital Transactional Cash Forecasting Model. Prepare ad hoc analyses and materials for internal management as requested. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Preferred Skills: 5+ years of progressive experience in a financial planning environment. Strong Excel financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Hyperion and Essbase. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels.
