  • Case Management: Maintain, organize, and categorize physical and digital case files to ensure absolute accessibility.
  • Docketing & Calendaring: Manage litigation calendars, track pleading deadlines, and schedule client meetings or court appearances.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and format initial drafts of legal shells, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Court E-Filing: Handle electronic filings (e-filings) in California state and federal courts using systems like OneLegal or Nationwide.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with legal billing entry, processing vendor invoices, and sorting daily mail.
