Position Description: SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe File/Admin Clerk is a temporary administrative role at the Twin Pines Management offices. This role provides administrative and filing support to the management office for all resident files located in two offices (1390 Pennsylvania avenue and 1279 Delmar Loop). File all paperwork required by Compliance, Property Managers, Garage Department, etc. in all resident files. Participate in all copying and distributing notices to residents. This position is expected to last for 3 months. This role is non-permanent and does not include an expectation of long-term employment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Basic administrative duties• Filing for 5,881 units property• File and scan recertification files• Assist Recertification mail clerk with opening and inputting Recertification mail• Maintain resident file room at management office and 1279 Delmar Loop office until files are electronically stored• Electronically save files – assist implementing new electronic file system• Archive vacated files • Other duties deemed necessary in support of office operationsThe above is intended to describe the essential job functions, the general supplemental functions and the essential requirements for the performance of the job.
