What They’re Looking For

  1. 2-3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.

  3. Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office and (ideally) legal software.
  4. A great communicator, both in writing and in person.
  5. Someone who can juggle tasks and deadlines without getting overwhelmed.

Qualifications

  1. Document Preparation and Case Management
  2. E-filing experience (State and Federal)
  3. Strong Client Communication and Interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency with office software and legal databases
  5. Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  8. Prior experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role
  9. Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field is a plus
  10. Familiarity with federal and state court procedures, filings, and legal terminology
