PRN position - 8 hours per week covering Saco and Portland building

Responsibilities

File Clerk Summary: The File Clerk assists the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) with non-resident related activities and office administration duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare environment and equipment for patient treatment.
  • Participate in facility and departmental meetings as appropriate.
  • Maintain inventory of therapy equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain appropriate patient records as directed by Reliant's management of records or soft files policy.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, memos, and reports
Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Basic Internet navigation skills
