Job description

OVERVIEW:
We're looking for a Field Visual Merchandiser to drive best-in-class visual execution across Gymshark's retail and wholesale locations. You'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store, ensuring consistency, commercial impact and an elevated customer experience. Acting as the link between global strategy and local execution, you'll partner across teams to deliver standout visual standards.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the shop floor, loves travel and is passionate about brand storytelling through retail.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Delivering and maintaining Gymshark's visual merchandising standards across retail and wholesale locations

  • Conducting store visits, audits and providing actionable feedback to drive consistency and performance

  • Partnering with retail and wholesale teams to maximise sell-through and product storytelling

  • Adapting visual strategies based on product performance and market insights

  • Supporting new store openings and seasonal changes

  • Delivering training and coaching to store teams and partners on VM standards

  • Building strong relationships with wholesale partners and supporting showroom setups

  • Collaborating cross-functionally and feeding back insights to shape future VM strategy

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising within retail, ideally fashion or fitness apparel
  • Strong understanding of both retail and wholesale environments
  • Commercial mindset with ability to link visual execution to sales performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Confident coaching and influencing teams across multiple locations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Willingness to travel and work across regions

Please note this is a hybrid role partially based in our New York City office. All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States.
SALARY RANGE
This role has a salary range between $81,000 - $102,000. We are committed to fair and consistent pay practices. The salary range shown represents the anticipated hiring range for this position and may vary depending on individual qualifications and internal equity
