Compensation Range: $85,500 - $128,200

Job Purpose

The Field Service Representative serves as the primary technical field support resource for Rebel Power and communications products, providing on-site assistance to defense, government, and commercial customers. This role supports customer demonstrations, training, product integration, troubleshooting, and operational field exercises while serving as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams. The Field Service Representative works closely with Business Development, Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to ensure successful product deployment, gather customer feedback, and enhance product performance through real-world operational experience. Extensive travel to remote locations, including military installations, is required to support customer needs and represent Rebel professionally as a subject matter expert.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with the Sales / Business Development team to provide customers technical field support.
  • Represent Rebel in a professional manner ensuring the proper use of our products.
  • Support Business Development, Sales, and Program Management to provide support across multiple products and programs.
  • Present as the Subject Matter Expert on Rebel products in the field. 
  • Provide technical feedback on products and any potential advancements.   
  • Collect customer feedback and present it to the engineering team.  
  • Provide training on Rebel products as required.
  • Travel to remote locations in support of customer demonstrations and exercises.
Qualifications

Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in supporting communications and/or power products.
Education Required: High School diploma, prior military,or  equivalent relative experience 
Skills/Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting methodologies, schedule flexibility 
Work Environment: Off-site locations to include military installations. 
Physical Demands: Ability to operate in arduous locations that could be outdoors, sit, stand, bend, reach and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis. Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee.
