Service Administrator 


POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team! As a sales administrator you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service department. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Duties (Most Important to Least Important)

Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work. 

Communicate with customers regarding service updates, quotes, warranty status, and pick up scheduling. 

Submit warranty claims as needed and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed. 

Work closely with the parts department regarding parts needed for service jobs. 

Support the service manager and team in coordinating internal and retail repair orders. 

Reconcile service invoices, ensuring labor and parts are correctly billed. 

Maintain service files and customer records in an organized and accurate manner. 

Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
