  • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of a minimum of 15 accounts by calling on them every 60 days.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Field Sales Associates in the field while completing a minimum of 8 weekly sales calls, including calls conducted alongside direct reports.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key Platinum Partner accounts 
  • Execute product presentations and client engagements to drive sales growth, presenting a minimum of three clients during each sales call.

  • Monitor and track sales performance, activity, and pipeline using CRM 
  • Manage a portfolio of high-priority accounts and maintain accurate customer data 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support company events, meetings, and food shows
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide coaching to improve results
