About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Lead to oversee and guide our field sales team. This role involves driving performance, mentoring associates, and ensuring successful execution of door-to-door sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural leader, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of door-to-door sales associates.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Set daily and weekly goals for the team and monitor progress.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support in the field.
  • Track and report team performance metrics to management.
