  • Manage team equipment pick-up and returns, ensuring proper handling, tracking, and condition of all event materials.
  • Oversee storage organization and inventory management systems for event assets, maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring equipment is event-ready.
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes for event asset tracking, storage organization, and replenishment needs.
  • Conduct spot checks to ensure team members are present at designated locations and executing activations to brand standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for account-related issues and training questions during field activations.
  • Provide weekly activity recaps including event performance, field insights, inventory needs, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor team check-ins and check-outs; on off days, leadership is to be informed by Brand Ambassadors via text upon arrival and exit.
  • Support field team training and ensure event execution aligns with brand presentation standards and company expectations.
What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with trade partners.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior and recommend new and effective trade marketing tactics.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work non-traditional schedule, including mandatory evening and weekend work, with days off occurring mid-week.
  • Availability to be in the field and travel regularly.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience, including scheduling and time management.
  • 21 years & olde

Compensation Description (hourly): The hourly pay range for this position in the selected city is $26.00-$28.00
