AWC is seeking a Field Representative to support installation and construction-related projects across active jobsites. This role acts as the bridge between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and completed to quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in assistant project management, project coordination, construction operations, logistics, field support, or customer-facing operational roles - even if you do not come directly from the flooring industry.
Requirements
  • Coordinate project schedules, deliveries, and onsite activities
  • Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and monitor project progress
  • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal operations teams
  • Track job updates, issues, and project documentation
  • Help resolve scheduling, material, or field-related challenges
  • Ensure projects meet quality and safety expectations
  • Attend jobsite and project meetings as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination, construction, operations, logistics, or related fields preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working both in the field and in a team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
