Job Purpose

The position is responsible for overseeing sales, promoting company services/products, and establishing relationships and contact points to existing/potential customers as the trusted sales advisor for the assigned territory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding the agreed upon quota
  • Quote, negotiate, and evaluate sales potential of individual products
  • Managing sales territory
  • Generating and managing sales leads including leads from website, search engines, trade shows, referrals and personal networks
  • Accurately forecasting sales
  • Manage expenses associated with sales
  • Communicating industry intelligence
  • Facilitating customer needs and requirements
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and architectural presentations

Qualifications

  • Education: HS diploma/GED required
