Qualifications:
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of pest control experience preferred (sales or technician experience). Other sales or customer service experience will be considered.

  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Sales & Business Development:
  • Conduct residential and commercial inspections.
  • Identify pest and termite issues and educate customers on treatment options.
  • Prepare accurate service proposals and pricing.
  • Close sales and complete service agreements.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, door-to-door prospecting, and follow-up with company-provided leads.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that lead to recurring service and referrals.
Pest Control Services:
  • Perform initial and recurring pest control treatments according to company standards.
  • Inspect and monitor customer properties for pest activity.
  • Apply products safely and in compliance with state regulations and company procedures.
  • Communicate treatment plans and preventative recommendations with customers.
