  • Manage issues, risks, and change requests in real time
  • Reinforce a positive, accountable, high-performance jobsite culture
LEAN Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Apply LEAN principles (5S, waste elimination, continuous improvement)
  • Lead initiatives such as "Right the First Time" and "Perfect Teardown"
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures
  • Train crews on LEAN standards
  • Analyze performance data and drive efficiency improvements
Safety Leadership
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines

  • Complete and submit safety documentation and incident reports
  • Collaborate with safety leadership on jobsite safety plans
Post-Event & Cross-Department Support
  • Provide post-event reviews and documentation
  • Support cost estimates for proposals
  • Deliver operational feedback to Manufacturing, Logistics, and leadership
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
What You Bring
