Pespisa Company is looking for an experienced Field Operations Supervisor
The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the HVAC and Plumbing field teams. This individual oversees technicians, ensures exceptional customer service, maintains quality workmanship, improved productivity, and supports the continued growth of the company.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both HVAC and plumbing, has successfully supervised technicians, possesses strong leadership skills, and is committed to developing employees while delivering exceptional customer experience. 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC and plumbing technicians.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
  • Conduct ride-along, field evaluations, and technician coaching.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Hold technicians accountable for company standards, workmanship, safety, and performance expectations.
  • Build a positive team culture focused on communication, teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service
  • Promote outstanding customer service in every job.
  • Support technicians in communicating repair options and recommendations.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure customers receive positive experience from the initial service call through job completion.
Performance Management
  • Monitor technician productivity and efficiency
  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs).
Safety Compliance
  • Promote safe work environment.
  • Ensure technicians follow OSHA safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Maintain vehicle, equipment, and job site safety standards.
  • Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Work closely with GM to ensure the daily operations of the company run efficiently.
  • Communicate field issues, customer concerns, staffing needs and operational challenges to the GM.
  • Ensure technicians complete all required documentation, including:
    • Detailed job notes.
    • Photos / videos taken and uploaded into Service Titan.
    • Equipment model and serial numbers recorded on every installation.
    • Customer signatures on every job, estimate, etc. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of both residential HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Previous experience supervising, managing, or leading field technicians.
  • Provide ability to coach, mentor and develop employees.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform field work.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical rooms when necessary.
  • Valid Driver license with a clean driving record.
